The School Ambassadors are selected from pupils in the Year 1 class, at the end of the Summer term and begin their role in the September when they start Year 2. They represent our school during special events, such as visits to the Senghenydd Memorial, singing in The Care Home, visits to other schools.

They also take on the important job of welcoming visitors to our school and help to support in other ways- e.g. Selling raffle tickets and Welsh cakes, being in charge of a stall in the Christmas or Summer fete.

They help to share the school priorities through the child friendly School Development Plan

The Rights Knights work closely with Mrs Cribb to ensure Children's Rights are embedded across the school. They plan special events throughout the year, that link to the United Nations Rights of the Child.

We have achieved the Rights Respecting Schools Silver Award and are currently working towards the Gold award.
